Description

In Italy in 1924, Balma Capoduri & C. was founded as an office supplies maker. The first smash hit product, Coccoina Glue, was introduced in 1927. Shortly after in 1935, they introduced their first Zenith plier stapler, which is recognized as being the first of its kind.

This stapler is handheld and comes with a box of staples.

    Exciting, Challenging, and Worthwhile

A stapler should work this way. I have always had to lift a standard, domestic stapler from my desk in order to use it, to squeeze it unnaturally in order to operate it.. Banging the thing on my desk would topple my little statue of Proust and scare my cats. So I prefer a handheld stapler. And this one works, not immediately, but it works. I made the mistake of attempting to follow the instructions. The instructions are whimsical things, full of letters. A, B, C, D. Mean nothing. The staples themselves are cute and will handle the connecting of at least five sheets of paper, maybe more, when engaged. The cute staples come in a cute box. Load only one bunch at at a time. Do not attempt to load two bunches, say, because the spring-y plunger thing that loads the staples doesn't like that at all and will not engage one of the letters, could be "D," maybe not. Love C.W., buying another pencil soon.
