Made from artificial graphite for easy detection by test scanners, this pencil's electro-graphite is especially reflective. This type of pencil is often used by crossword enthusiasts because of the particularly dark line it makes. The Test Scoring 100 writes smoothly, though due to its softness you may find yourself sharpening a bit more than usual.
Musgrave Pencil Company is based in Shelbyville, TN and was founded in 1916 during the heyday of the American pencil industry. The pencils they make today feature especially nostalgic designs, many of which have remained unchanged for many decades.
